今日は阿佐ヶ谷バリ舞踊祭へ。

神社の能楽堂で見るバリ舞踊（タリ・バリ）は、まるでバリのお寺(プラ)の奉納舞踊のようです。トペン・トゥア(翁の面）は、さながらお能のようでもあります。
明日も違う演目で舞踊祭は開催されます。
入口のインフォメーションにはクリーンアップ！バリ（ＣＵＢ）のチラシも置かせていただきました(多謝)。

Positive Welfare

ポジティブ・ウェルフェアとは、従来の「福祉」が概して貧困や病気、失業等に対する"事後的な救済"が中心で、その限りにおいて消極的ないしネガティブな性格のものであったのに対し、むしろ福祉を、「個人の潜在的な可能性や価値を"引き出していく"」という積極的なものとしてとらえる、という内容のものだった。
経済成長や生産の量的拡大といった一義的なベクトルから解放された状況においてこそ人々の創造性は多様な形で開花していくという理解は、人間一人ひとりが潜在的にもっている可能性や創発性が実現されていくことが「福祉」であるという把握とあいまって、「規範的価値と存在の価値の融合」という発想と呼応するのではないだろうか。
